The International Software Testing Qualification Board is an international organisation covering the local testing boards and defining the general standard for education of all types and levels of "Certified Testers". This standard specifies all different education levels (Foundation Level, Advanced Level, etc.) and their obligatory content.

ISTQB® Certified Tester is the name for a standardised qualification as software tester.

This training is defined by ISTQB. The training program is available in many countries worldwide and is therefore the most widespread certification program for software testers.

This modular training system currently consists of three training levels (foundation level, advanced level and expert level).

The training program for “Certified Tester” is based on the following principles:

  • Worldwide standard for the training and further training of SW testers
  • Multi-level curriculum
  • Independent examination body
  • Internationally accepted certificate

  • Performance Testing using JMeter (English)

    Performance testing is performed to test the non-functional aspects of the system including response time, throughput and stability under various workload. Performance testing measures the quality attributes of the system, such as scalability, reliability and resource usage. In this training, we shall cover performance testing basis and focus on JMeter as the performance testing tool.
