The contents of the course
The course is an accredited training designed to prepare for the ISTQB® Certified Tester – Advanced Level exam. It provides a detailed insight in methods and technics for a strategic test automation set up. Starting with the basic groundwork activities and the definition of a sustainable architecture, test automation is developed in a stepwise approach. Operational and maintenance aspects are covered for a comprehensive understanding of test automation. Supplementary aspects like automated reporting and the selection of relevant metrics complete the topic. Additional emphasis is put on the structured transition of existing manual tests into an automated solution.
